Sessions
Individual sessions run for 50 minutes, couples sessions run for 60 minutes and double sessions are available upon request. Video sessions are available for those who reside in the state of California.
Cancellations
24 hours advance notice is required to avoid being charged full fee for missed sessions or late cancellations.

insurance
I am in network provider for Aetna, Optum and United Healthcare insurances.
I am also an out of network provider for other insurances, which means that I will able to prepare a super bill if you have PPO insurance. The client pays the therapist directly at time of service. Typically a super bill is generated in no fewer than six sessions.
(client must request therapist to generate a super bill a week before it is needed)
Super bills are submitted by you to your insurance company for reimbursement.
It's best to check with your insurance company before beginning our sessions to see what their policy is regarding reimbursement.
