Finding refuge in things that we enjoy is absolutely essential to self care. Things such as hiking, exercise, gardening, and meditation are all good ways to ground yourself when stress shows up. Additionally, its helpful to keep practice with something that you enjoy to help reduce anxiety and depression.

About Me
I moved to Los Angeles from New York over thirty
years ago, after being a bi-coastal kid since the age of ten.
I have been an artist my entire life, and trained in
Media Arts in New York City.
When not with clients I enjoy painting, reading, hiking,
being out in nature, heading to the beach,
traveling and going on adventures.
I am an avid animal lover.
